How the program works:

Since this is a 6 month program, each month is a little different.Month 1 is the most interaction intense of the 6 months.Every single day, and multiple times per day, we will proactively send you messages and reach out to see how you're doing.Since this is the earliest stage of breaking an addiction, we want to make sure that we are catching urges and cravings before they become an issue.This means we message you first and we message you a lot.You can expect 2-3 initial check-in messages throughout the day, minimum.This ensures we are rewiring your brain in real time and providing you with strategies and solutions for whatever you face, whenever you face them.During Month 1, we also have weekly 50-minute Zoom calls.These calls are when we employ real-time subconscious rewiring techniques to help you achieve, overcome, or let-go of the most important thing at that time.This means you will leave your weekly call feeling more confident, energized, and sure of the process ahead of you.After calls, our past clients have reported experiencing minimal urges, cravings, or temptations to browse, binge, scroll, stream, or look at NSFW content.This is also an opportunity to work through and absolve any guilt and shame holding you back.We are able to work through difficult or traumatic memories, overcome fears and insecurities, and increase your confidence and self-esteem.You may also experience an increase in energy, focus, and productivity. Each month of coaching matches the accountability and support you need as you progress the program.For example, In month 1 you'll want weekly calls. But come month 6, the goal is for weekly calls to be overkill. So we go down to Schedule-As-Needed calls instead.In month 1 your needs will be different than in month 6, so we adjust for this.Month 1 is the Bootcamp Phase, with daily messages and check-ins and weekly 50-minute calls.Our goal in month 1 is to rewire your subconscious mind and instill new, screenless ways to deal with stress and your workload.
